Didn't have the prescription in stock due to suppliers being out of stock, so rang round other chemists in the area. When no luck the owner rang GP to get the prescription changed for a similar alternative. Stayed open late whilst waiting for GP to get back in touch. Incredible service and very much appreciated thank you.
Very professional pharmacy, but more important very caring. The pharmacist is excellent and goes way beyond in caring than any other pharmacist I have known. He and his staff are an asset to the community.I hope that everyone in and around Staveley will boycott the online NHS prescription service that has been advertised on TV. If anything, our local excellent pharmacy needs more funding to being able to keep helping our locals.
